Practicing mindfulness doesn't require a degree in meditation or the patience to sit in a quiet room for long periods of time.
Psychology Today suggests mindfulness consists only of your state of mind being active and open with attention on the present. If this is true then you can pretty much practice mindfulness anywhere!

- Working Out
- Morning Commute
- Listening to Music
- Breathing
