That's actually freaky! Think about how many people aren't making new year resolutions. That's four out ten people! Are you one of those four people who isn't making any goals? Either way, you need to check out these tips and statistics.
21.4% Desire Weight Loss / Healthier Eating
Remember that number I told you about before? Well, out of the six people who do make a new year resolution, only four actually make it up to a week!
If you want to lose weight then start small. You don't need to join a gym immediately and start altering your life drastically. You're allowed to create small steps into something greater.
If you don't want Apple's ridiculously expensive Apple watch then invest in a Fitbit. If wearing a fitness tracker is out of your league then start measuring yourself every day and log some of the things you're eating. Logging sleep is also a huge insight into your body.
12.3% Desire Life / Self Improvements
[RECAP] 6 out of 10 people do not make new year resolutions. Out of those 6 people, only 4 keep their goals for a week. [INCOMING] only 2 out of those 4 people make it up to six months! That's 44% according to Statistic brain.
If you want to improve your life then you need to at least make some effort to improve your life. Sitting around hoping that things are going to get better if you do just what you're supposed to do will keep you where you are.
If you want to get somewhere great in your life then you need to set goals and set them high. Do not fuck around. You're in the front row seat to your own life.

The world is abundant and so are you. Please know that limiting conversations you have with yourself will only hold you back. If you're chasing financial freedom than you're fighting an uphill battle.
Pay yourself first. This is different from saving. I'm telling you to actually pay yourself and then put money away towards saving. Always have a safety and plan B.

I'm not telling you to quit smoking... well I actually am. Your body matters. I'm a smoker myself and need to work on this which is why I quit every weekend.
